Iā€™ve been on a mission to simplify my routine, and these hacks have been game-changers.

Think glowing skin in less time than it takes to scroll Instagram. šŸ¤Æ 

Here are my time-saving skincare hacks:

1. Cleansing balms are life šŸ§¼
I use this night cleansing balm that melts away makeup and hydrates my skin all at once. It's been a favorite of my momā€™s too (so that says a lot!) Tip: Massage it in for 60 seconds and remove with a warm washcloth. Itā€™s like giving your face a mini spa moment.

ā€¦and theyā€™re not wrong.

Skincare products can only do so much if the inside isnā€™t thriving.

Over the past few months, Iā€™ve made some small changes to my supplements, meals, and habits, and wow, the difference is real. āœØ 

My skin looks better, I have more energy, and I just feel more balanced.

Hereā€™s what Iā€™ve been doing:

  • Using ChatGPT to fix my vitamin routine šŸ©ŗ
    I literally snapped a photo of all my vitamins, plugged it into ChatGPT, and asked it to analyze what I was missing. I gave it my age, weight, and health goals, and it broke down everything for me. Turns out my multivitamin wasnā€™t cutting itā€”I was missing calcium, omega-3s, and collagen. Now, I know my supplements are actually doing what they should. Give it a try! (but of course always consult your doctor beforehand!)

  • Glucose Goddess meal tips šŸ„—
    This hack has been a game-changer: Start meals with a salad or warm water with apple cider vinegar, then move to your protein, and save carbs for last. No more sugar crashes or mid-afternoon slumpsā€”just steady energy all day. Hereā€™s her book!

  • Vanilla Protein Ice Cream is life šŸ¦

When you nourish yourself from the inside out, it shows on the outsideā€”and trust me, these little changes really add up!

Sunglasses on, responsibilities off šŸ•¶ļøāœØ

The art of doing less, guilt free.

Real talk: life is busy, and thereā€™s always more to do.

But Iā€™ve realized that doing less can actually make me feel better.

The other day, I was supposed to work out, but I was exhausted. 

Instead, I took a 20-minute nap. And guess what? I woke up feeling like a new person.

Here are a few things Iā€™m doing more of this year:

Pick 3 things a day. I focus on three things that make me feel goodā€”whether itā€™s stretching, reading a chapter of a book, or just sitting quietly with tea.

Say no without guilt. If it doesnā€™t serve me, itā€™s a no. The laundry can wait. I canā€™t.

Find joy in small moments. Iā€™ve started appreciating the little things, like walking outside for 10 minutes or sneaking in a favorite snack after the kids go to bed.

Listen to your body. If it needs rest, take it. If itā€™s craving movement, go for a walk. Your body knows what it needsā€”trust it.

Remember, the world wonā€™t fall apart if you take time for yourself. In fact, youā€™ll be able to handle everything better when you do.
