Tired of spending too much on takeout? Dedicate Sundays to meal prepping.
Tip: Prep ingredients in bulk and use them in different recipes to keep meals exciting. 🥗

Move That Body

Sitting all day is a brain drain. 🧠 Every hour, take a 5-minute break to stretch or walk.
Tip: Set a timer to remind yourself to move regularly. 🚶‍♀️

Declutter Daily

Clutter equals stress. 🧹 Spend 10 minutes each day tidying up.
Tip: Focus on one small area at a time to make it manageable.

Ergonomic Workspace

Your back will thank you! 💺 Invest in a good standing desk.
Tip: Adjust your screen height to avoid neck strain.

Capsule Wardrobe

Too many clothes but nothing to wear? 👗 Create a capsule wardrobe with versatile pieces you love.
Tip: Stick to a color palette to make mixing and matching easier. 👜 I love white, blues, beige, and black. All the classics!

I got a lot of compliments on this outfit (also part of my capsule wardrobe). I matched a cute ruffled blue top, cool linen pants, a cozy knit cardigan and of course my favourite luxury bag!

From chaos to calm…

Juggling kids, play dates, exercise, a healthy diet and work is insane. 😅

By the time I finish one thing, it’s already time to pick up the kids! IYKYK.

Taking just 10 minutes for a skincare routine (sometimes with a glass of wine in hand) can really lift my spirits! 🍷😂

Here’s what I do:

  • Step 1: Cleanse
    I start with a gentle brightening cleanser to wash away all the impurities from the day.
    Tip: A clean slate is the first step to a radiant face! ✨

  • Step 2: Exfoliate
    Next, I use a mild exfoliator to reveal a brighter complexion.
    Tip: Slough off those dead skin cells and let your natural glow shine through! 🌟

  • Step 3: Mask Time
    Then, I apply a hydrating or detoxifying mask and relax for 15-20 minutes.
    Tip: This is your me-time, girl. Put your feet up and chill! 😌

  • Step 4: Tone and Hydrate
    After that, I use a toner to balance my skin and then a serum to lock in moisture.
    Tip: Think of it as a drink of water for your skin. Hydration is key!

  • Step 5: Moisturize and Protect
    Finally, I finish with a good moisturizer with SPF to protect my skin.
    Tip: SPF is non-negotiable, even if you’re just chilling at home. 🌞

A week of YOU time…

Lately, I've realized how much I need to take a few minutes each day to fill my own bucket. ✨

Too many days go by where I sit at my desk for 6 hours, feeling depleted and drained of energy. 😩

So, I challenge you to a self-love week!

Follow these self care practices and make a commitment to yourself:

Day 1: Love Yourself📓🖋️
Write down three things you love about yourself. Reflect on a proud moment.

Day 2: Breathe Deep 🧘‍♀️✨
Spend 10 minutes meditating. Focus on your breath and let go of stress.

Day 3: Nature Walk🌳🚶‍♀️
Take a walk in your favorite park. Notice the little things: birds, breeze.

Day 4: Spa Day🛀🌸
Treat yourself to a mini spa at home. Enjoy a bath, do a face mask, or paint your nails.

Day 5: Catch Up ☎️💕
Reach out to a friend you haven’t spoken to in a while. Have a chat and share a laugh. Studies show strong relationships and a sense of community can help you live longer, healthier and happier!

Day 6: Get Creative🎨🖌️
Do something creative: draw, write, cook a new recipe, or dance. Let your imagination run wild.

Day 7: Reflect & Plan📝🧩
Reflect on the past week and what you enjoyed the most. Plan how to incorporate these self-care practices into your routine.

Grown up feels…

As I get older, it feels like time just zooms by faster and faster.⌚️

There are so many things I want to do in a day, but let's be real, sometimes, it's just not happening.

We all have those days, right?

I’ve been a content creator for over a decade and a mom for a few wild years.

If I’ve learned anything, it’s that there’s always something to work on. There’s always a moving goal post or something new to achieve. 🥅

But what I've really learned is that you can lose yourself if you’re not present. And that’s just not okay.

The present moment is all we really have. So, make sure to do things that fill your bucket and make you happy. 💕

Whether it’s learning a new skill, trying out a new hobby, or playing a new sport—whatever it is, make time for it. It’s so important!

It’ll rejuvenate you and make other parts of your life more enjoyable.

Taking time for yourself isn’t just a luxury, it’s a necessity. 💖
