But now that they’re back in school, I’ve finally got a bit more me-time—cue the deep breaths and a bit of sanity returning. 😂
This week, I'm sharing my new hair makeover, Fall skincare tips and giving you some sanity-saving tips (when life gets busy!) 💁♀️✨

With the kids back in school, I raced to the salon like it was my job! 🏃♀️✂️
Went for a chic bob, added some face-framing layers, and brightened things up with a fresh lighter brown color. 💇♀️
Feeling a lot more like me and a lot less like “exhausted mom!” 😂

SKIN SOS: My Glow Up Game Plan 🌟
Let’s be real—summer left my skin struggling.
Between the sun, sweat, and all the fun (plus a few stress breakouts from the kids being home), my face needs some serious TLC. 🧖♀️
Here’s how I'm giving my skin the love it deserves:
Hydrafacial: After all that sun, my skin is feeling dry and dull. Hydrafacial to the rescue! It cleanses, exfoliates, hydrates all in one go for that instant glow-up. ✨
CoolSculpting: Not just for the body! I’m targeting those stubborn little areas for a smoother, more contoured look—because why not? ❄️
Laser for Dark Spots: Summer sunspots? Not today! I’m zapping away those pesky dark spots with a laser treatment to even out my complexion and keep my skin bright. ⚡
Autumn Skin Secrets… 🍂
Fall is creeping in, and it's time to switch up the skincare game to handle cooler, drier weather.
Here's my go-to 5-step routine to keep the skin hydrated and glowing:
Foaming Face Wash: Summer left my skin feeling like a dry leaf 🍂—dull and dehydrated. I love this rinse-off foaming face wash to help wash away dirt without stripping away essential moisture. Tip: Massage for a full minute to boost circulation and get a deeper clean!
Hyaluronic Acid Toner: As the temps drop, so does your skin's moisture level. A hydrating toner with hyaluronic acid can give that much-needed hydration boost. Tip: Pat toner onto damp skin to help lock in extra moisture! 🌹
Serum with Vitamin C: Cooler weather can leave the skin looking a bit meh. A Vitamin C serum with caffeine brightens and adds some much-needed radiance. Tip: Apply in the morning to protect against environmental damage throughout the day. 🍊
Firming + Smoothing Moisturizer: The fall air loves to mess with my skin's natural barrier, leaving it feeling tight and dry. A regenerating night cream helps repair and lock in hydration. Tip: Layer it on while your skin is still slightly damp to seal in extra moisture before bed! 💦
Sunscreen (Yes, Even in Fall!): Just because the weather’s cooling down doesn’t mean the sun's taking a break. UV rays are always out to play, so sunscreen remains a must! This is my go-to (at home) all day sunscreen! Tip: Choose a formula that works as a primer for a flawless makeup finish. ☀️
Staying Sane (My Go-To Hacks!)
Summer break may be over, but the chaos isn’t. Here’s how I’m keeping things together:
Mini-Me Time: Carve out even 10 minutes for yourself daily. Sip coffee, meditate, or scroll TikTok guilt-free! ☕
Move a Little: Even a 10-minute dance party or a quick stretch makes a huge difference in my mood. 💃
Declutter the Chaos: Tackle one tiny space at a time. Clearing out a drawer feels like a small victory! 🧹
Let's embrace the quiet moments, celebrate the little wins, and keep taking care of ourselves, one step at a time. 🌸
