Between chasing after two kids and trying to keep everything together, finding time for myself felt impossible. š
But I had a wake-up callā¦
If I donāt start prioritizing my health and wellness, itās going to catch up with me.
So, Iām making some changesāfocusing on exercise, post-workout skincare, and a little self-care hack thatās helped me stay on track.

From exhausted to energized!
I decided it was time to get serious about exercising because, letās be real, my kids are getting more active and I was tired of feeling exhausted all the time. š„±
I needed a change, so I asked ChatGPT to create a routine for meāfive days a week.
This is my exact workout routine Monday to Friday!
And guess what?
Iāve stuck to it for three weeks now, and Iām already feeling more energized and less stressed.
Exercising has been a game-changer for keeping up with my kids and not feeling like I need a nap by 3 PM.
