Letā€™s be realā€”this week, I hit another wall.

Between chasing after two kids and trying to keep everything together, finding time for myself felt impossible. šŸ˜…

But I had a wake-up callā€¦

If I donā€™t start prioritizing my health and wellness, itā€™s going to catch up with me.

So, Iā€™m making some changesā€”focusing on exercise, post-workout skincare, and a little self-care hack thatā€™s helped me stay on track.

Letā€™s dive in and make self-care a priority, no matter how busy life gets! šŸ’›

From exhausted to energized!

I decided it was time to get serious about exercising because, letā€™s be real, my kids are getting more active and I was tired of feeling exhausted all the time. šŸ„±

I needed a change, so I asked ChatGPT to create a routine for meā€”five days a week.

This is my exact workout routine Monday to Friday!

And guess what?

Iā€™ve stuck to it for three weeks now, and Iā€™m already feeling more energized and less stressed.

Exercising has been a game-changer for keeping up with my kids and not feeling like I need a nap by 3 PM.
