Aging and skin secrets I wish I knew sooner...šŸ¤«āœØ

Real talkā€¦ever look in the mirror and think, ā€œWaitā€”when did this start happening?ā€

Aging has been throwing some surprises my wayā€¦

Fine lines, random aches, and a feeling like timeā€™s on fast-forward. šŸ˜…

And donā€™t even get me started on hormonesā€”theyā€™ve got my skin acting out like a rebellious teen. šŸ™ƒ

So this week, Iā€™m sharing whatā€™s actually working: a few tricks to make aging fun, hormone-balancing skincare, and a little win that reminded me how magic happens outside the comfort zone. šŸŒŸ

One day Iā€™m glowing, the nextā€¦ Iā€™m dealing with breakouts, redness, and all the oil.

Hereā€™s what Iā€™ve found that actually worksā€”without making things worse. šŸ™ƒ

1. pH-Balancing Cleanser
Hormonal skin loves to overreact, so I stick with a pH-balancing cleanser. When my skin feels sensitive and out of whack, this calms things down without stripping natural oils. TIP: Keeping that pH in check is key to a balanced, happier face. āœØ

  • Celebrate the Little Wins šŸ„‚
    No Friday night plans neededā€”Iā€™m celebrating tiny wins, like actually remembering to take my vitamins & drinking enough water throughout the day. These little things feel like a cheers-worthy moment.

  • Prioritize Self-Care (Not Just a Trend) šŸ§“
    Taking care of my skin and body is my ā€œme time.ā€ Even if itā€™s just a face mask, it reminds me Iā€™m worth the effort, fine lines and all.

  • Find Something to Look Forward To āœˆļø
    Doesnā€™t have to be a big tripā€”sometimes a solo shopping run is all I need, or carving out 20 minutes to read that book Iā€™ve been putting off. Planning something, anything, keeps the excitement alive. And we all deserve that.

Off to my last class! šŸš— Hereā€™s to finishing what we startā€”even when itā€™s a little scary!

So, remember that class I told you I was taking?

Yep, I finished it! And get thisā€”I had to speak in front of people!

Yep, me, the one who talks on camera but still gets those nerves when itā€™s in front of people.

Who wouldā€™ve thought?

Doing something uncomfortable was huge for me.

I tell my kids all the time, ā€œKeep going, donā€™t give up,ā€ but when I actually had to follow my own advice?

Letā€™s just say it was hard. But hereā€™s the thing:

āœ”ļø Finishing Something Scary is the Best Feeling 
Iā€™m telling youā€”pushing through the nerves, the excuses, the ā€œmaybe Iā€™ll do it next weekā€ thoughtsā€”itā€™s all worth it. I came out the other side, and it felt amazing. šŸŽ‰

āœ”ļø Practice What You Preach 
I tell my kids every day to stick with things even when theyā€™re hard, so actually doing this felt good. Next time they need encouragement, Iā€™ve got a fresh reminder to say, ā€œSee? Mom did it. You can too.ā€ šŸ™Œ
