Today’s video is going to be on my TOP 10 favorite natural, organic and vegan beauty products! I’m super excited to be sharing this with you because I truly believe what you put on your skin goes into your body.  I always strive to be healthy on the inside as well on the outside.  Your skin is the largest organ in your body so make sure whatever you put on it, is good for you! Baked Curried Cauliflower, Chickpea + Tofu Recipe!

I’m super excited to be doing this special post! Today’s delicious curry recipe is a collaboration piece I did with my good friend Jamie Lee Mock from The Fresh Method. We loved working on this together and can’t wait to share our recipe with you guys!

As many of you know, I strive to live a healthy lifestyle and love vegetarian/vegan foods. So, if you’re on the lookout for a mouth watering vegetarian meal, you’ll have to try this one out. It’ll knock your socks off!

Here’s the recipe: 

The Ingredients 

  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup tofu {cut into small squares}
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup mayo or vegenaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon all spice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 serrano peppers for heat {optional}

The Directions

1. Sautee cauliflower, tofu, and chickpeas in a pan with olive oil and sliced peppers until tender-crisp and set in a casserole dish

2. In a bowl, combine almond milk, soup, vegenaise, cheese and curry + spices. Pour mixture over cauliflower

3. Bake dish at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes

4. Serve over basmati rice, if desired

Yield: 6 servings, Total Time: 45 minutes

Healthy Weekend Brunch: Sauteed Spinach + Tomato Scramble

One of my favourite things to do on the weekend is making brunch! I wake up early, make myself a blonde roast coffee, turn on some morning jazz and my day has started off right! Now, to the important part – making breakfast!  This is one of my favourite go-to healthy recipes for my morning meal.  It’s easy to make and super delicious!

Sauteed Spinach + Tomato Scramble Recipe


- 2 handfuls of organic baby spinach
- 4 eggs (I use 1 whole egg and 3 egg whites)
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- alfalfa sprouts (optional)
- 1/2 tomato diced
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- salt & pepper to taste


1. Add EVOO and saute the spinach until wilted (med-high heat)
2. Add diced tomatoes
3. Whisk all four eggs and add to pan.
4. Use a wooden spoon and scramble the eggs until half cooked
5. Add shredded mozzarella
6. Add salt and pepper and turn down heat to low
7. Scramble slightly again and let sit for a minute until eggs are cooked.

….and ENJOY! Mmmmm….scrumptious!

Healthy Morning, Mid-day or Late Night Snack!

Time for something healthy after this long Thanksgiving weekend! I ate way too much and not only that, I had two dinners in a row.  I can’t believe I’m still standing right now!

I want to share my go to healthy snack that I always have.  It’s packed full of nutrients, omega’s and fibre.  This is perfect for when you are hungry between meals.  It’s good for you and tastes amazing!

Here’s the recipe:

- 2 heaping tbsp’s of organic greek yogurt (vanilla).  Use any flavour you prefer or go plain!
- 1 tbsp of organic ground flax seeds.
- 1 tbsp of “Skinny B” which has organic chia, hemp and buckwheat seeds.

Stir and enjoy!

I am in LOVE with this recipe.  I think the vanilla flavoured organic greek yogurt really makes this taste so good. OK…. I’m going to eat it now!
